inside/out When I first started Oddball Musicworks, I knew the first cd that I would release would of course be the one I had been working on, which would turn out to be "Darkness in the Heart of Your Soul". I also knew that the next cd I produced would be of another artist, and it was a no - brainer on my part as to who that artist would be. Dave Ramsay is a brilliant musician/composer whose first release is, in my opinion, long overdue. He is the perfect example of why I wanted to start my own label - a completely unique, extremely developed artist that the mainstream record business wouldn't give the time of day. When I approached him about doing this record, I told him that I had no pre-conceived ideas about what it should be - I wanted him to have complete creative freedom.  welcome to oddball musicworks! I started Oddball Musicworks in 1999 as a way to bring music that "falls in the cracks" (i.e. doesn't seem to fit into any pre-defined category) to a global audience. The internet has made this opportunity possible for me, and has created countless possibilities for other artists as well. I write and produce my own music, as well as producing the music of other artists that I believe are important, and might not be heard otherwise. These artists exist on the fringe of what was once the music industry, and they are astounding in their uniqueness.
